LLS Titanium was founded in 1989 in the province of Brescia as a mechanical workshop specializing in the machining of lightweight alloys.

Starting with the production of small 7075 aluminum parts for the automotive sector, the company began manufacturing titanium fasteners in the early 1990s thanks to the introduction of hot forging. This transition marked the beginning of a path toward specialization in lightweight, durable, and high-performance materials.

Over the years, LLS has expanded its technologies, expertise, and areas of application, serving the racing, motorsports, marine, precision engineering, chemical, electroplating, and, later, aerospace industries. The move to its Cazzago San Martino facility in 2002 accompanied the company’s growth in both production and organization.

In 2009, by obtaining UNI EN ISO 9001 and AS/EN 9100 certifications, LLS solidified its entry into markets with more stringent technical and documentation requirements, particularly the aerospace sector.

Since 2014, following its transformation into LLS Titanium S.r.l., the company has strengthened its structure and continues to invest in expertise, quality, and process control.

Today, LLS Titanium manufactures fasteners, small parts, and precision components made of titanium, high-strength Al7075 aluminum, special steels, and advanced alloys for applications where reliability, traceability, and performance are essential.

LLS Titanium is part of the Castellini Group, along with Breka and Carbon-Ti: an Italian industrial network that combines a tradition of mechanical engineering, expertise in materials, and advanced manufacturing capabilities. This affiliation strengthens the company’s stability and supports its growth in high-tech sectors.
