    The origins

    LLS Lavorazioni Leghe Speciali was born as a small mechanical workshop in the province of Brescia.

HISTORY

LLS Lavorazioni Leghe Speciali was born at the end of 1989 in a small warehouse in the province of Brescia.

A single lathe and a single worker began to produce small parts in 7075 aluminum for the automotive sector.

A year later, with the purchase of the first pressing machine , the production of titanium screws begins.
In 1998 a waterjet cutting plant was purchased, the first in the province of Brescia and among the first in the whole region.
At the beginning of 2002,  LLS (a dozen employees and several new machines) moved to a new and larger location in Cazzago San Martino, a short distance from the A4 motorway exit.

In the meantime, the company’s production has diversified into different market sectors,

(racing motorcycles and cars, nautical , precision mechanics, chemical and galvanic).

In 2009 the company obtained UNI EN 9100 certification which will open the doors to new challenges and new markets, first of all the aerospace sector.

Since 2014 the sole proprietorship has been transformed into LLS TITANIUM srl, strengthening teamwork and the professionalism of company resources.
In the following years, the LLS team will demonstrate all its skills and professionalism to achieve the desired goal: to become a reliable supplier able to meet even the most restrictive requirements of the aeronautical sector.
Today LLS TITANIUM is a company of 20 qualified and motivated people for continuous improvement in terms of quality and technological skills, capable of responding to the most particular needs of each individual customer.

LLS TITANIUM is an ordinary member of UPIVEB, the Union of Italian Screw and Bolt Manufacturers, an association that has been promoting contacts between members for over 60 years and representing their interests in national and international bodies and institutions, promoting the culture of the “Made in Italy” fastener .
