The thread formed by cold plastic deformation gives the particular significant increase in strength, due to the absence of interruptions in the directions of the fibers, as is the case for threads made by chip removal. Excellent roughness values and the absence of cracks on the flanks, ridges and grooves of the threads are obtained.

The suppliers used are all NADCAP and / or AS / EN 9100 certified, for the specific treatment required, guaranteeing total compliance with all customer requirements.
LLS Titanium was the first company in Brescia to operate in the nineties with the water jet technique and the second in the whole region.
Since 2009 it has been certified 9100 for the water-jet cutting of metallic and non-metallic materials based on customer drawings.
